1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FlightGap you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are a draft template and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
2. What FlightGap provides
FlightGap is a flight-comparison tool. We surface economy and business fares on the same itinerary, a GapScore, and per-hour pricing to help you judge upgrade value. We are not a travel agent and do not sell tickets.
3. Fares, availability and accuracy
Fares, seat availability, GapScores and per-hour figures are estimates assembled from third-party data and may be out of date or incorrect. Always confirm the final price and conditions on the airline or seller's own site before booking.
4. Accounts
Some features require an account secured by a one-time email code. You are responsible for activity under your account. We send transactional email only and never sell your data.
5. Third-party links and Flightpoints
FlightGap links out to airlines, online travel agencies and partner services including Flightpoints for award (points-and-miles) search. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, pricing or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own policies.
6. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or misuse the service, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access that threatens the integrity or availability of FlightGap.
7. Limitation of liability
FlightGap is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information shown or from bookings made through third parties.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
